Refund Policy

CatchLeak sells a digital report delivered immediately after purchase. If the report didn’t work or wasn’t as described, contact us and we’ll make it right.

Immediate digital delivery

Because the report is digital content delivered immediately, by completing your purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the standard 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 no longer applies once delivery begins. This does not affect your right to a refund if the report is faulty or not as described.

When we refund

• The report failed to generate or you didn’t receive what you paid for.
• The report was materially not as described.
• You were charged in error or twice.

When we may not

• You changed your mind after receiving and viewing the full report.
• The findings were accurate but you disagree with them or chose not to act on them.

How to request

Email hello@catchleak.com with your purchase email and order number (from your Polar receipt) within 14 days. Approved refunds are issued through Polar to your original payment method.
