Your n8n form submission is not reaching Google Sheets.
The form appears to submit, but no new row appears in the Google Sheet. n8n may not warn you because the form used a test URL, the workflow took another branch, or the Sheets step was never executed.
The form is sending requests to n8n's test URL while the workflow is inactive, instead of the production URL; the workflow is inactive or the production webhook URL is outdated; an IF, Switch, Filter, or error path bypasses the Google Sheets node; or the Sheets node has incorrect field mapping, spreadsheet permissions, or a non-existent sheet and range.
Activate the workflow and copy the production URL from the Form Trigger into the live form, rather than using the test URL shown while listening for a test event. Submit a fresh form and inspect the execution path to confirm the Google Sheets node runs. In that node, select the correct spreadsheet and sheet, re-authorise the Google account if needed, use Append Row, and map each column to the actual form fields. Remove or correct any IF, Switch, Filter, or error branch that can skip the Sheets node, and do not rely on Continue On Fail to hide write errors.
Submit one uniquely marked test entry, confirm a successful execution reaches Google Sheets, and check that the same value appears as a new row.
